Wedding – Puerto Jiménez, Costa Rica – Maricel & Yeyson

A tropical rainforest rain followed by the warm sun shining down on a beautiful private home overlooking the vast, blue expanse of the Costa Rican ocean… The sand below black and inviting, surrounded by palm trees and the gentle sound of waves rolling in. It was here, under a tent filled with the colors of the sea and tropical flora, that we captured the wedding of an absolutely lovely couple from Puerto Jiménez in Costa Rica.

We had met Maricel during our first trip to the country and when they announced their upcoming nuptials, my fiancé James and I knew we had to return to photograph and capture their romantic wedding day. The ceremony was filled with the warmth and love of family and friends and it was a joy to capture every moment – and Joey, the cutest Chiwqawa ever.
